Mac essentials haul: part 2

To continue on my mac essential haul.
I was in desperate need of a berry toned blush and a muted pinky plum blush, as well as oil control and mascara.so I pick up mac powder blushes in mocha and fever. I also picked up mac oil control lotion and haute and naughty mascara.

1: macs powder blush in mocha and fever ($20 ea). Mocha is described as a pinky plum color it is a matte finish blush which I love, as for fever it is described as a intended reddish Burgundy color that is as well a matte finish blush. Mocha is pretty muted on my skin tone so it isn't too bold and more of a everyday blush. fever it's more of a berry toned blush on my skin tone, since it is in fact intense in pigmentation and application it can totally be applied lightly for a berry flush look and heavy for intense drama. Left: mocha, right: fever. (Swatches) left to right fever (heavy swatch then blended), mocha (heavy then blended)

2: mac oil control lotion 1oz bottle ($15): described as a lightweight lotion, ment to control oily problem areas this lotion is a staple, without it my foundation would look messy, this lotion kept my t-zone in place all day and blended week with my foundation, so it didn't look like I had all these products on.
To to bottom: small drop and then blended (which you may not really see). I totally recommend this product is you have oily skin, sensitive skin (lightweight).

3: mac haute and naughty mascara ($20): this two in one mascara is definitely like Dr Jekyll and mr Hyde. When you remove the pink top, it provides little amount of mascara for a natural look. When you remove the glittery purple top, it provides lots of mascara for a bold dramatic look.
This is the haute side (pink top)

This is the naughty side (glittery purple top)
